En raison de la nature de nos pi\u00e8ces, toutes les ventes sont <strong>d\u00e9finitives<\/strong>, et nous n\u2019acceptons ni retour ni remboursement, sauf dans des cas exceptionnels d\u00e9taill\u00e9s ci-dessous.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>1. Politique de Vente D\u00e9finitive<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Toutes les \u0153uvres d\u2019art, y compris les commandes sur mesure, les \u00e9ditions limit\u00e9es et les pi\u00e8ces personnalis\u00e9es, sont vendues <strong>telles quelles<\/strong> et ne peuvent \u00eatre ni retourn\u00e9es ni \u00e9chang\u00e9es. Chaque acquisition fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une validation rigoureuse avant acceptation afin de garantir l\u2019engagement du collectionneur.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>2. Cas Exceptionnels de Remboursement<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Un remboursement ou un remplacement peut \u00eatre envisag\u00e9 uniquement dans les situations suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dommages survenus pendant le transport<\/strong> <strong>et constat\u00e9s d\u00e8s la r\u00e9ception<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Erreur de commande<\/strong> (ex. : \u0153uvre diff\u00e9rente de celle command\u00e9e).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dans ces cas pr\u00e9cis :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Le client doit <strong>imm\u00e9diatement notifier le transporteur<\/strong> lors de la r\u00e9ception du colis si des dommages sont visibles <strong>et demander un rapport officiel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019Atelier doit \u00eatre inform\u00e9 sous 48 heures<\/strong> apr\u00e8s la livraison. Toute r\u00e9clamation hors de ce d\u00e9lai ne pourra \u00eatre prise en compte.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Des preuves photographiques<\/strong> du colis endommag\u00e9 et de l\u2019\u0153uvre doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Atelier.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019\u0153uvre doit \u00eatre retourn\u00e9e dans son emballage d'origine<\/strong>, avec tous les accessoires et documents fournis.<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019Atelier analysera la r\u00e9clamation et proposera, selon le cas, un remplacement, un avoir ou un remboursement partiel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><strong>\u0152uvre endommag\u00e9e non signal\u00e9e imm\u00e9diatement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Si le client r\u00e9ceptionne le colis sans mentionner de r\u00e9serve au transporteur et nous contacte <strong>au-del\u00e0 des 48 heures suivant la livraison<\/strong>, aucun remboursement ou remplacement ne pourra \u00eatre accord\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>3. Commandes Personnalis\u00e9es &amp; \u0152uvres sur Mesure<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Les commandes sp\u00e9ciales, y compris les \u0153uvres sur mesure, n\u00e9cessitent<strong> un acompte non remboursable<\/strong> <strong>de 60 % du prix total<\/strong>. Une fois la production commenc\u00e9e, <strong>aucun remboursement ne sera possible<\/strong>, sauf en cas d'erreur manifeste de l\u2019Atelier.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>4. <\/strong><strong>Frais de Retour &amp; Responsabilit\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Les frais de retour sont \u00e0 la charge du client<\/strong>, sauf en cas d\u2019erreur de l\u2019Atelier.<\/p>\n<p>Si un remboursement est accord\u00e9, il sera effectu\u00e9 <strong>uniquement apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception et inspection de l\u2019\u0153uvre retourn\u00e9e.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Atelier ne pourra \u00eatre tenu responsable des pertes ou dommages survenus lors du retour. Il est conseill\u00e9 d\u2019assurer l\u2019exp\u00e9dition de retour.<\/p>\n<h4>\u00a0<\/h4>\n<h4><strong>5. R\u00e9solution de Litiges<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>En cas de litige, nous privil\u00e9gierons toujours une r\u00e9solution amiable. Toutefois, si un accord ne peut \u00eatre trouv\u00e9, <strong>les tribunaux comp\u00e9tents en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire<\/strong> seront saisis.<\/p>\n<p>Cette politique est con\u00e7ue pour prot\u00e9ger \u00e0 la fois nos collectionneurs et l\u2019int\u00e9grit\u00e9 de nos \u0153uvres d\u2019art. Final Sale Policy All artworks, including commissioned pieces, limited editions, and custom orders, are sold as is and cannot be returned or exchanged. Exceptional Cases for Refunds A refund or replacement may be considered only in the following cases : Damage incurred during shipping and detected upon delivery. Order errors (e.g., receiving the wrong artwork). In these specific cases: The client must immediately notify the carrier upon receiving the package if visible damage is present and request an official damage report. The Atelier must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe will not be considered. Photographic evidence of the damaged package and artwork must be sent to the Atelier. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and documents provided. The Atelier will assess the claim and offer, depending on the situation, a reparation, replacement arrangement, or a refund. Damaged Artwork Not Reported Immediately If the client accepts the package without reporting any issues to the carrier and contacts us beyond the 48-hour window, no refund or replacement will be possible. \u00a0 3. Custom Orders &amp; Commissioned Artworks Special orders, including commissioned artworks require a non-refundable deposit of 60% of the total artwork&#8217;s value.\u00a0Once production has begun, no refund will be possible, except in the case of a proven error by the Atelier. \u00a0 4. Return Costs &amp; Responsibilities Return shipping costs are the client\u2019s responsibility, except in cases of an error by the Atelier. If a refund is granted, it will be processed only after the returned artwork has been received and inspected. The Atelier is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return process. We strongly recommend using insured shipping for returns. \u00a0 5. Dispute Resolution In case of a dispute, we always strive for an amicable resolution. However, if no agreement can be reached, the courts of C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire will have jurisdiction. This policy is designed to protect both our acquirers and the integrity of our artworks.
